- Plumbing Rough-in Installations: The essential plumbing infrastructure has been fully installed in every block.
- Electrical Rough-in Installations: All preliminary electrical wiring and installations are complete.
- Air Conditioning Rough-in Installations: The foundational work for the AC systems is now in place throughout the project.
Ongoing Exterior Works:
- Exterior Facade Painting: Two of our blocks are currently undergoing exterior facade painting, adding color and character to the development.
- Exterior Facade Plaster Preparation: Three other blocks are in the crucial preparation phase for exterior plaster, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
- Composite, Insulation, and Jamb Manufacturing: Work continues steadily on the exterior composite panels, insulation systems, and jamb installations across the blocks, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency.
