- Concrete and Structure: The foundational concrete work and skeletal structures for the blocks are now complete, forming the backbone of these modern residences.
- Water and Electrical Infrastructure: The essential plumbing and electrical infrastructures have been laid, ensuring all units will be equipped with modern conveniences from day one.
- Plastering Work: Interior plastering is finished, providing a smooth and ready canvas for the finishing touches.
- Indoor Parking: The enclosed parking areas are completed, offering secure and convenient parking solutions for residents.
- Roofing: The roofing for the main blocks is finalized, protecting the structures and bringing them closer to completion.
- Deeds Ready: We’re pleased to confirm that the property deeds are prepared, streamlining the ownership transfer process for our valued clients.
Latest Progress – The Smallest Block Reaches Full Height!
One of the most exciting recent developments is the smallest block, which is now topped out, reaching its maximum height! This signifies a major step forward, as you can see in the latest aerial photographs and in our video. The construction team is now focusing on the final stages of this block, bringing it closer to its interior finishing.
Heating and Cooling Infrastructure Underway:
Currently, the installation of the heating and cooling infrastructure is in progress. This vital system will ensure optimal comfort for residents year-round, aligning with our commitment to provide smart home systems and underfloor heating throughout the units.
